Move more and feel better all summer long
Since we realize not everyone is able to travel to the annual MB 55+ Games; we are also bringing the games to you! The overall goal is to encourage all older adults to stay active over the summer months, to try new activities and most importantly to keep moving, no matter what.
It's simple!
Keep track of your activities during June 30th – August 31st with the enclosed activity tracker. Then share your story with us. Be sure to celebrate your personal achievements along the way! Choose any activities you like, based on what you enjoy or may want to try for the first time!
